Payment is for agreed consultancy and preparation services. It does not purchase a visa, appointment, processing priority or guaranteed result.
Appointment assistance
We may help identify and use the official appointment channel, but appointment inventory, release times, cancellations and booking rules remain under the control of the official provider.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide truthful, complete and timely information, review forms before submission and comply with official instructions. False or misleading information can cause refusal and other consequences.
