Before work begins
A cancellation request received before substantive work begins may qualify for a refund less any non-recoverable transaction or administrative costs, subject to the signed agreement.
After work begins
Service fees reflect professional time. Once assessment, forms, document review, letters, checklists or other agreed work has started, the earned portion of the fee is normally non-refundable.
Government and third-party fees
Government, visa-centre, appointment, biometrics, medical, insurance, translation, courier and similar third-party fees are governed by the receiving organization and are normally outside Euro Holidays’ refund control.
Refusal is not a refund event
A refusal does not automatically create a refund because the service fee is for preparation work and no approval is guaranteed. The final policy must match the signed service agreement and be reviewed for the province where the company operates.
